Job summary

Rosell Insurance Agency seeks an Experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager in NJ to join our team. This role focuses on managing commercial accounts, maintaining client relationships, and educating clients on policy options. A NJ P&C license is required, with a strong emphasis on five-plus years in commercial lines.

We offer a base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities, PTO, health and vision insurance, and a Monday-Friday schedule with evenings off and a work-from-home option.

Rosell Insurance Agency is looking for an Experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Requirements

• Must currently possess an active New Jersey Property and Casualty License
• 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management
• Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve.
• Career-minded and goal-oriented team player
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
