• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless client support and satisfaction.
• Utilize AMS 360 for account management and documentation.

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to the organization, focusing on servicing a book of small generalist commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in insurance, a proactive approach to client service, and a commitment to excellence. Reporting directly to the Vice President, you will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with approximately $400,000 in revenue (equivalent to $4M in premium).


• Service small generalist commercial accounts with premiums ranging from $2,000 to $15,000.


• Handle daily account management tasks, including policy servicing and some remarketing.


• Quote new and renewal business (approximately 10% of responsibilities).


• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless client support and satisfaction.


• Utilize AMS 360 software for account management and documentation.
