Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6–12 months in office admin or customer service.
• Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance License required within 2 months of hire date; actively pursue CISR or equivalent designation.

Responsibilities

• Support account servicing tasks throughout the policy year, including endorsements, certificates, and invoicing.
• Review new and renewal policies for accuracy and coverage details.
• Gather and organize documents for pre-renewal processes (loss runs, workbooks, certificate lists).
• Maintain accurate policy data in the Agency Management System and process requests.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist the team to improve service processes.
