Qualifications

• Two years personal and commercial lines insurance account management experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, rating and underwriting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production staff goals and sales training.
• Partner with producers, clients and business opportunities.
• Monitor metrics to achieve sales targets and document activity.
• Collaborate with team, mentor staff and participate in meetings.
• Interface with insurance company representatives and underwriters.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with the Marketing Coordinator.
• Quote premiums on potential new policies as needed.
