Responsibilities

The Commercial Inside Sales role involves working directly with customers and Account Managers to provide quotes for commercial equipment changeouts, RNC, bid and spec projects, processing and tracking orders, and supporting projects to enhance the York brand and expand our market reach.

Key Skills and Support

• Training and support to serve customer needs effectively
• Providing timely, accurate, and competitive quotes
• Proficiency in Selection Navigator, Microsoft Excel, and Word
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Qualifications

• HVAC experience (field or sales) preferred
• 2+ years sales or customer service experience, including quoting and pricing
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated
• Mechanical aptitude
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects
• Excellent follow-up skills with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers
• Strong communication skills via phone and email
• Energetic, positive attitude, customer-focused
