Responsibilities

• Install, startup, troubleshoot, commission, and service commercial HVACR equipment, systems, and units.
• Analyze work orders, plan daily travel, investigate complaints, conduct tests, and resolve problems for existing accounts.
• Study system requirements, order and gather components, complete installations, and perform acceptance tests.
• Examine complaints, identify solutions, suggest improvements, and recommend system enhancements to maintain rapport with customers.
• Operate and troubleshoot personal equipment, maintain supplies, perform preventive maintenance, and call for repairs as needed.
• Document service and installation actions through forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Maintain confidentiality of service information to ensure customer confidence.
• Participate in educational opportunities and read professional publications to update job knowledge.
• Perform other duties as instructed by management to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC service work, with experience in a service vehicle preferred.
• Experience with VRF systems is preferred; BAS/DDC Controls experience is desired.
• Own tools required.
• Reliable with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment screening, including criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
