Frank Gay Commercial Services in Sarasota, FL is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. You will diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems on rooftop units, large 30-ton installations, chill water systems, and cooling towers.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HVAC/R experience, EPA certification, and familiarity with BAS/DDC controls. You will work with a safety-conscious team, participate in manufacturer trainings, and support

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years HVAC/R experience.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Experience with BAS and DDC controls is a plus.
• Universal EPA certification.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Work on rooftop units, large 30-ton split systems, chill water systems, and cooling towers.
• Handle HVAC electrical and controls (high and low voltage).
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service and clear communication with clients.
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes to stay updated on technologies.
• Be available for on-call duty as required.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to safety policies.
