Frank Gay Commercial Services is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician in Delray Beach, FL. The role involves diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC/R systems, rooftop units, chill water systems, and related controls while delivering top-notch customer service.

The position requires a minimum of 5 years of HVAC/R experience, strong electrical aptitude, and universal EPA certification. On-site work with ongoing training and potential on-call duties are included.

• Experience with BAS and DDC controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment.
• Work on rooftop units, large systems, chill water systems, and cooling towers.
• Handle HVAC electrical and controls (high and low voltage).
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service and clear communication with clients.
• Attend manufacturer training classes to stay updated on technologies.
• Be available for on-call duty as required.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to policies.

What YOU Will Do:
