Rise Technical is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician in Tampa, FL, offering $30–$50/hr, a company vehicle, bonus incentive, mileage reimbursement, and strong healthcare with 401(k) match and profit sharing.

The role covers diagnosing, servicing and repairing HVAC and refrigeration equipment across commercial, industrial and medical facilities, with opportunities for development and progression within an established company.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on HVAC/Refrigeration experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• EPA Refrigeration Certification is required or equivalent.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including chillers, boilers, cooling towers and split systems.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and evaluate mechanical and controls systems for performance improvements.
• Work directly with clients to provide effective, cost-conscious solutions respecting financial impact of recommendations.
• Receive a structured development plan with mentorship, workshops, and on-the-job training.
