James River Air Conditioning is seeking a Commercial Service Technician (A or B Level) to service our central Virginia commercial HVAC portfolio from our Richmond headquarters. You will work on packaged rooftop units, chillers, and split systems, performing preventive maintenance and on‑demand troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot chillers, rooftop units and ductwork.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service packaged rooftop units.
• Diagnose and repair chillers and split systems.
• Inspect and repair ductwork and airflow for performance.
• Provide routine maintenance and troubleshooting for commercial HVAC.
• Travel within Central Virginia service area.
