Job summary

John Flatley Company in Nashua, NH is seeking a full-time HVAC technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, and related equipment at our office complex.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, AHU's, compressors, and VAV's.
• Respond to tenant requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
• Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for emergencies (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, etc).
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inventory control.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
