Job summary

Trulieve in McKeesport, PA is seeking an HVAC Technician to lead troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of commercial HVAC, ventilation, and refrigeration systems across our facilities. You will read schematics and blueprints, interpret energy management controls, and coordinate with the Facilities team to ensure safe, efficient operation.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC trades, formal training, and a preference for EPA Universal Certification, with on-site work and background

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of trades experience related to HVAC duties.
• Formal HVAC training through an academic program or apprenticeship.
• Current EPA Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and repair on commercial HVAC and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of HVAC equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics for system modifications.
• Develop and implement HVAC modification plans per project requirements.
• Maintain safety and environmental practices in the workplace.
