Job summary

GH Engage is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join its facilities maintenance team in Pennsylvania. You will maintain and repair HVAC and mechanical systems within a commercial facility, troubleshoot equipment, and perform preventive maintenance.

The role requires strong communication with clients and site personnel, precise service records, and coordination with other facility teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with HVAC controls and building automation systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical components.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
• Maintain air-handling units, rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, pumps, boilers and associated equipment
• Inspect and test HVAC equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Respond to service requests and equipment breakdowns
• Maintain accurate service records and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with facility teams, clients and specialist contractors
