Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician – Roper II to join the team in Charleston. You will primarily work at the Bon Secours Roper St. Francis Hospital facility, ensuring the installation and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems.

The ideal candidate should have a Universal EPA Certification and at least 2 years of commercial HVAC service experience. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate effectively are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and startup commercial HVAC systems.
• Log HVAC equipment conditions and complete paperwork accurately.
• Communicate with Team Lead and customers about service status.
