You will operate with a company-provided take-home service vehicle, home dispatch, and opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues.
• Explaining findings, repair options, and recommendations to customers.
• Delivering professional and respectful customer service.
• Recording service information accurately in company software.
• Recognizing potential needs for maintenance plans, IAQ products, and equipment replacement.
• Keeping your service vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked.
