Capstone Mechanical is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician in Sandston, VA. The role involves maintaining and servicing commercial HVAC/R equipment, including RTUs up to 40 tons, and performing repairs, installations, and maintenance for multi-site clients.

On-call rotation with an additional stipend, full-time schedule, and company-supported EPA/OSHA10 certification opportunities. Capstone emphasizes mentorship, development, and promoting a team-first culture.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA & OSHA10 certifications encouraged with company support.
• Ability to read schematics and use HVAC testing tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment (e.g., RTUs up to 40 tons, split systems, light refrigeration).
• Perform HVAC service repairs, quotes, installs, and maintenance for assigned customer locations.
• Participate in on call rotation.
• Log service details accurately using our internal software.
• Schedules service, maintenance, and quoted work in internal software.
• Obtains part pricing, and builds quotes.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
