Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, ventilation units, boilers).
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system testing.
• Install commercial HVAC equipment, ductwork, and controls per code and specs.
• Complete service tickets and documentation accurately.
• Communicate repair needs and recommendations to customers and the office.
• Maintain safe work practices and OSHA compliance.
• Keep company vehicle and tools organized and in good condition.

About the Role
