Climate Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician in Statesville, NC. You will install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, perform diagnostics, and deliver high-quality service while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of hands-on HVAC experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read blueprints. A valid driver’s license and EPA certification are required, with benefits including health and retirement

Qualifications

• 5-10 years proven experience as an HVAC technician.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, manuals, and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
• Perform system diagnostics and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep systems optimal.
• Respond to service calls with timely, professional service.
• Support team leadership and mentor junior technicians.
• Ensure safety practices and PPE compliance on job sites.
• Assist with job site surveys and contribute to estimates.
