Qualifications

Responsibilities

• System Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and repair commercial equipment (chillers, boilers, RTUs, VRF, BMS).
• Preventative Maintenance: Inspect, clean, calibrate thermostats, test systems.
• Refrigerant Management: Safely recover, evacuate, charge refrigerants per regulations.
• Documentation: Log service calls, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
• Customer Service: Explain repair needs and system performance to facility managers.
