Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
• Must pass an extensive background check and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily preventive maintenance on HVAC and related equipment.
• Complete PM checklists and close out work orders in CMMS.
• Perform minor repairs during visits (faucets, valves, bulbs).
• Work with subcontractors for services not in-house.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and interface with management.
• Carry out repair, maintenance, or installation of commercial HVAC equipment.
• Ensure proper air circulation and balance within systems.
• Maintain inventory of HVAC parts and supplies.
