Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5 years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience, relevant licenses, and the ability to lead or follow as needed. A strong technical background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years commercial experience in plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration.
• HVAC and brazing license a plus
• EPA or Universal License a plus
• Type 2 or Universal Refrigerant License
• HVAC chiller and boiler certifications a plus

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HVAC rooftop units, make up air, boiler, chiller, and control system problems.
• Follow up with customers for quality assurance purposes and ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Work independently with little direction and solve problems (contact factory/engineer/architect/foreman).
• Attend job site and office meetings; handle issues; fill out forms and tool/equipment requests.
• Identify and locate parts and suppliers.
• On call as required and complete paperwork timely.
• Dependable and able to work in emergencies.
