Your Responsibilities As a Commercial HVAC Technician

Your role as a Commercial HVAC Tech will be crucial to keeping our clients' systems in peak condition. You'll:

• Diagnose and Repair Systems: Ensure refrigeration and HVAC systems (walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, and more) are operational with a 90% first-call accuracy rate.
• Maintain Uptime: Keep systems running with a 95% uptime goal while adhering to safety and energy efficiency standards.
• Order and Organize: Submit work orders daily after each job and within 24 hours while maintaining an error-free parts inventory.
• Lead and Communicate: Train new technicians and help clients understand your solutions.
• Service Commercial Appliances: Diagnose, repair, and maintain various commercial appliances. This is around 50% of your HVAC Tech responsibilities.
  
  

Every task you complete will help ensure our clients experience minimal downtime and maximum reliability.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• At least 3 years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration repair experience.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills to work with both clients and teammates.
• The ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Willingness to work in various conditions (tight spaces, different weather environments).
• Bonus points if you have technical certifications!
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

We offer competitive Pay of $35 - $52 per hour, based on experience.
