Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician

Sam DeSanto Co., Inc. (SCDI), serving the Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Southern Delaware regions since 1969, is seeking a full-time Service Technician with expertise in commercial hydronic HVAC systems (including condensing boilers, hot water heaters, heat exchangers), pumps, and related systems. Rockville, Maryland

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience preferred
• Ability to pass background checks for secure site access
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude and customer-service orientation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Work hours: Monday-Friday, 6 am - 3 pm

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):

• Experience with pumps, boosters, plumbing
• Electrical troubleshooting skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• OSHA 30 certification
• Trade licenses
