Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global Inc. in Pennington, NJ seeks a Commercial HVAC Technician (Facilities Technician 4) to maintain critical building systems and support laboratory environments.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will service chillers, AHUs, VAVs, cooling towers, pumps and boilers while keeping records and ensuring EPA compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial and/or industrial HVAC experience.
• EPA Refrigerant Certification (Universal preferred).
• HVAC Certification or equivalent technical training.
• Experience with chillers, refrigeration systems, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, laboratory, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Service and maintain chillers, refrigeration systems, air handling units (AHUs), VAV systems, and cooling towers.
• Monitor and maintain mechanical, electrical, and HVAC equipment to ensure optimal building performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, boilers, VFDs, heat exchangers, and related facility systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with EPA and facility regulations.

As a Facilities Technician 4, you will be part of the Facilities Operations team supporting critical building systems and laboratory environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently , which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $38.00/hour
