Job summary

Paramount Placement LLC is seeking multiple Commercial HVAC Technicians in Columbus, OH to perform maintenance, diagnosis, repair, and installation tasks for commercial HVAC/R systems. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with customers and teams in diverse environments.

We offer competitive compensation with a salary range of $55,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year, plus benefits, OT, PTO, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance & repairs experience required.
• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial/industrial HVAC/R systems.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems while communicating with customers and team, documenting work, and responding to emergencies in all conditions.
• Check layout of existing heat devices and air conditioning units to plan work procedures.
• Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures.
• Service machinery by cleaning, lubricating or replacing shafts, bearings, gears, pulleys and other parts.
• Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics.
