Job summary

Tradesmen International is actively seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician for projects in and around Bellevue, WA. This first-shift role offers competitive pay up to $40/hour based on experience, with opportunities to advance alongside skilled craftsmen who prioritize safety and quality.

The successful candidate will perform diagnostics, install and service commercial HVAC equipment, and read mechanical plans and wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• OSHA Certification highly preferred.
• Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans, wiring diagrams & blueprints.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs on commercial HVAC systems.
• Complete full HVAC system installations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Read and interpret mechanical plans, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment.
• Work independently to diagnose problems and implement solutions.
• Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all jobsite safety standards.

This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $40/hour based on experience and skill level.
