Job summary

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects in Midland, WA. This first shift opportunity pays $44-$48/hour based on experience and skill level.

Work alongside proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship. Job scope includes installing and servicing HVAC systems, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, refrigerant recovery, reading drawings, and following OSHA/PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of HVAC field experience.
• Journeyman-level HVAC experience.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
• Strong HVAC installation and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and service HVAC systems including ductwork, furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, compressors, and thermostats.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydronic, and control system issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Perform refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and charging.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in or around Midland, WA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $44-$48/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Install and service HVAC systems including ductwork, furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, compressors, and thermostats
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydronic, and control system issues
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Perform refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and charging
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics
• Use HVAC diagnostic tools and brazing equipment
• Follow OSHA, LOTO, PPE, and all jobsite safety requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of HVAC field experience
• Journeyman-level HVAC experience
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
• Strong HVAC installation and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
• Ability to work on rooftops, ladders, and in confined spaces
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
