Job summary

Tradesmen International is hiring HVAC Technicians for projects in and around Wausau, WI. This first shift role offers pay up to $35/hour, depending on experience and skill level. You will join a team that prioritizes safety, productivity, and craftsmanship to advance your career.

Job scope includes setting up HVAC systems, ductwork, electrical wiring, and reading blueprints. Candidates must have 8+ years of sheet metal/HVAC experience and be able to read blueprints.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set up and install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Run and install ductwork according to project specifications.
• Install electrical wiring associated with HVAC equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Ensure HVAC systems are installed safely and operating properly.
• Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to site safety standards.

This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level.
