Hamlin Air Conditioning & Sheet Metal Inc. is based out of Macon, GA, and leads HVAC sheet metal installation with in-house fabrication and a dedicated service/controls department. The Sheet Metal Worker II will perform duct work installation, material take-offs, and align components according to plans in commercial projects.

The role emphasizes reading drawings, using sheet metal fabrication machinery, and maintaining safe work habits in a field/shop environment in central Georgia.

Formación

• Must be able to read plans and blueprints accurately.
• Experience in assembling and installing sheet metal duct work for HVAC systems.
• Safety-conscious with ability to operate power/tools safely.

Responsabilidades

• Determine sequence of installations by reading plans and working drawings.
• Perform field take-offs and jobsite material inventories.
• Engage in the assembly and installation of sheet metal duct work for air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating units in commercial buildings.
• Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits.
• Lay out fabricated parts from details or blueprints.
