Job summary

Riddleberger Brothers in Charlottesville, VA is seeking skilled HVAC technicians to service and repair commercial heating and cooling systems. Candidates should have a broad knowledge of HVAC equipment, a Universal Refrigerant Card, and at least three years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities include servicing various HVAC systems, following safety requirements, and performing maintenance on equipment up to 100 tons. A valid driver’s license is also required.

Qualifications

• Must have broad knowledge of larger commercial HVAC equipment.
• Must understand single- and three-phase electrical systems.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
• Follow company safety requirements and processes.
• Perform maintenance on various HVAC equipment up to 100 tons.
• Repair computer-room units with humidifiers and controls.
• Perform general maintenance on hot- and cold-water piping systems.
