Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Perform preventative maintenance to increase system longevity and efficiency.
• Respond to emergency breakdown calls promptly.

• Maintain customer rapport by resolving concerns and providing maintenance advice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.
• Valid EPA certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operating smart devices.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
