Way Mechanical is seeking a Lead HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We perform design-build/design-assist, preconstruction, commissioning, and BIM across multiple cities.

The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of commercial HVAC equipment, reading wiring diagrams, and documenting work using our iPad-based service software. Strong communication and safety adherence are essential.

Formación

• 5–10 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA license is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; drug screen required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of commercial HVAC equipment.
• Read and comprehend wiring diagrams and installation/operation service manuals.
• Document work using Company Service software on the Company iPad.
• Communicate effectively with customers and the office to ensure satisfaction.
• Demonstrate accountability for assigned work, including time management and follow-ups.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.

Job Description

Way Mechanical is located in San Antonio, Dallas, Austin, Houston, Tulsa, Raleigh, Charleston, Charolette, and Nashville. We specialize in commercial air conditioning, plumbing, piping, and the maintenance of these systems. Way Mechanical is at the forefront of design-build/design-assist, preconstruction, commissioning, building information modeling, and quality control. We are seeking a Lead HVAC Service Technician to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Perform Preventive Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of Commercial HVAC equipment
• Able to read and comprehend wiring diagrams, installation/operation service manuals
• Provide timely documentation using Company Service software on the Company iPad
• Provide effective communication to Customers and to the Office to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Demonstrate accountability for assigned work, including managing time and follow-ups
• Follow Safety Protocols

Qualifications:

• 5 - 10 Years of Commercial HVAC Experience
• Ability to follow a scope
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• MUST have an EPA license
• Ability to understand the use of gauges, meters, measuring instruments, and hand/power tools
• Ability to work alone and as a Team
