Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and industrial customers. Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
• Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate the system to the manufacturer's recommendations, and effectively explain to the customer the solutions.
• Communicate to dispatch, parts procurement, supervisors, and managers, as needed, to keep the company and customers informed about work progress.
• Be available to work limited nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service the emergency needs of our customers.
• Participate in company-provided training opportunities on the latest industry technologies.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining diverse HVAC service issues
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations
• Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure the job is done correctly the first time
