Job summary

Temperature Technology is seeking a motivated HVAC technician to perform routine maintenance on building systems and assist in diagnosing issues. You will communicate findings to the service manager and ensure high customer satisfaction.

The role requires EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel with possible overnight stays. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment (filters, coils, belts, lubrication).
• Diagnose problems or failures in HVAC systems and report findings to service manager.
• Communicate with supervisor to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and workshops for learning and development.
• Prepare service documentation including repair notes and activity logs.
• Travel regularly to out-of-town assignments, including overnight stays.
• Support the team by performing other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, including filter changes, coil cleaning, bearing lubrication, and belt replacement.
• Assist in diagnosing problems or failures in HVAC systems and communicate findings to the service manager.
