Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience servicing rooftop units, boilers, and mechanical systems.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Experience with electrical controls and refrigeration systems.
• Valid New Jersey Driver's License.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders, rooftops, and in mechanical rooms.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on rooftop units, split systems, boilers, furnaces, package units, and related mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, controls, and mechanical issues.
• Install and replace HVAC equipment and components as needed.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and team members.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and local building codes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment
