H.B. McClure Company, LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global, is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians for the Harrisburg area and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
• Service equipment including RTUs, split systems, refrigeration systems, VRFs, boilers, chillers, and VAV systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control circuits.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations.
• Work safely and independently while maintaining high quality workmanship.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation averaging 2–3 times per year.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with electrical schematics, refrigeration practices, and control circuits.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• EPA certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely work from ladders, lifts, and rooftops.
• Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
