Job summary

HB McClure Company, a long‑standing, 100% employee‑owned organization, is seeking experienced commercial HVAC Service Technicians for Harrisburg and the surrounding area. Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, VRFs, boilers, chillers and VAVs.

Perform electrical and control circuit work and communicate clearly with customers. On‑call rotation exists; competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus ESOP, 401(k), health/dental/vision, paid time off

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• EPA certification (or able to obtain within 90 days).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, VRFs, boilers, chillers, VAVs).
• Service equipment and perform electrical/control circuit work.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations.
• Work safely and independently with high quality workmanship.
• Participate in on-call rotation (avg 2–3 times per year).
