Role Overview:

• Responsible for the installation, start-up, troubleshooting, commissioning, and servicing of commercial HVACR equipment and systems.

Key Duties:

1. Analyze work orders and plan daily travel schedules.
2. Investigate complaints, conduct tests, and resolve problems.
3. Order and gather components and parts, complete installations, and perform acceptance tests.
4. Maintain rapport with customers by identifying solutions and recommending system improvements.
5. Keep personal equipment operational through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
6. Document service and installation actions.
7. Maintain customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
8. Update job knowledge through educational opportunities and professional publications.
9. Complete related tasks as needed to support operations and organizational mission.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in a service vehicle and HVAC contractor work.
2. Preferred experience with VRF and BAS/DDC Controls.
3. Must have own tools and excellent communication skills.
4. Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening.
5. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
6. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
