Job summary

Power Placement Partner in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician. You will diagnose, service, maintain, and repair commercial/industrial HVAC equipment across the Charlotte market, with focus on condenser water systems and schematic reading.

You will join a strong 18-20 technician team with a supportive leadership team. Schedule offers limited on-call and no required weekend work, with overtime available if desired. Company truck and profit sharing are provided.

The work

You’ll diagnose, service, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC equipment across the Charlotte market. You’ll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues; work with customers to recommend solutions; and share your knowledge with less-experienced technicians.

Condenser water experience is essential. You need to have worked hands-on with condenser water systems at some point in your career. Experience with cooling towers, water-cooled chillers, pumps, and condenser water loops is especially valuable.

You’ll be a strong fit with 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience, solid diagnostic skills, the ability to read schematics, and a professional approach with customers. A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
