Job summary

System One is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Phoenix area team. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain a variety of commercial HVAC systems, with emphasis on safety and customer service.

4+ years of commercial HVAC service experience required; chiller experience is a plus, EPA certification preferred/required. This is a full-time position with potential overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Chiller experience is a plus.
• EPA certification preferred/required.
• Ability to read and understand HVAC wiring diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related issues.
• Service and repair commercial air conditioning and heating equipment.
• Work with customers and provide professional, knowledgeable service.
• Accurately document service work, repairs, and equipment conditions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.

Pay: $35–$45+ per hour DOE

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of commercial HVAC service experience and be comfortable troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial HVAC systems.

Chiller experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related issues

• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• EPA certification preferred/requireds>
• Strong customer service and communication skills
