• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Commercial HVAC Service Dispatcher / Service Coordinator

Seeking a Service Dispatcher/Coordinator to support our growing commercial HVAC and mechanical service operations. This position works closely with technicians, customers, project managers, and service leadership to ensure timely scheduling, communication, and execution of service work.

As our service department continues to expand, we are looking to strengthen our dispatch and customer support team by adding an additional operations professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and schedule HVAC service technicians.
• Coordinate emergency and routine service calls.
• Maintain technician schedules and route efficiency.
• Communicate with customers regarding service status and appointments.
• Assist with work order management and invoicing processes.
