You will coordinate with company resources, review drawings, prepare bids and change orders, and ensure the scope and budget align with contractual terms. Strong customer service and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction sales and bid management is preferred.
• Strong contract review and budgeting awareness.
• Proficient with estimating and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with general contractors to foster trust.
• Coordinates resources to maximize commercial customer sales opportunities.
• Updates bid takeoffs and compiles bid tabulations for contractor submissions.
• Reviews project drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with pricing.
• Prepares monthly progress billings and handles change orders.
• Ensures compliance with budgets, supplier terms, and cost controls.
• Maintains proficiency with sales software and company policies.
