Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial HVAC/refrigeration with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment.
• EPA 608 certification is required; additional certs are a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of commercial HVAC and refrigeration service, installation, and maintenance teams.
• Manage scheduling, dispatching, and workflow coordination for timely service delivery.
• Monitor job performance, quality control, and customer satisfaction across accounts.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate technicians and staff.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and expenses.
• Build relationships with commercial clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards.
• Identify growth opportunities and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of commercial HVAC and refrigeration service, installation, and maintenance teams
• Manage scheduling, dispatching, and workflow coordination to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Monitor job performance, quality control, and customer satisfaction across all commercial accounts
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate HVAC/refrigeration technicians and support staff
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, vendors, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and industry standards
• Identify opportunities for business growth, process improvements, and service expansion

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and/or refrigeration, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, and industry best practices
• EPA 608 Certification required; additional certifications (NATE, CMHE) a plus
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of skilled technicians
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with service management software and scheduling platforms preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
