Job summary

Total Mechanical Service is seeking an HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment technician to diagnose, repair, and service commercial kitchen systems at customer locations. Responsibilities include PM inspections, emergency service, and maintaining equipment across ovens, fryers, steamers, walk-ins, and ice machines.

Qualified applicants will have experience with cooking, refrigeration, or HVAC service, strong technical skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with cooking, refrigeration, or HVAC service on commercial equipment.
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills.
• Excellent customer communication abilities.
• Dedication to punctuality, organization, and professional appearance.
• Successful background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment at customer sites.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Complete service calls promptly and accurately document work.
• Communicate effectively with customers, managers, dispatchers, and sales.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
