Nextech, a leading HVAC/R service provider in the United States, is seeking an HVAC/R Technician in Phoenix to deliver reliable, high‑quality service to commercial clients. You’ll diagnose, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance, applying your expertise to keep systems running smoothly.

This role offers a sign‑on bonus up to $3,000, seasonal bonuses, a fully equipped company van with a gas card, and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA certification and valid driver''s license.
• Minimum 2 years HVAC/R field experience.
• Ability to read schematics and work plans.
• Comfort with mobile apps and technology.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Perform maintenance and emergency service as needed, including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Accurately document all service details using company-provided iPads.
• Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to the highest standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
• Identify additional service opportunities and share them with customers.
