Job summary

Nextech is seeking a dedicated HVAC/R Technician to service commercial customers across the region. You will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain systems, with on-call rotations and opportunities for growth.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, a fully equipped company vehicle, and paid training with education reimbursement. Work from home dispatch and a strong benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA certification and valid driver’s license required.
• Journeyman's license may be required in some states.
• State-specific licenses may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Perform maintenance and emergency service, including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Accurately document all service details using company-provided iPads.
• Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to high standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
• Identify additional service opportunities and share them with customers.
