Nextech is hiring an HVAC/R Technician to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial systems. You’ll be on the front line delivering reliable service, with after-hours work and on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years HVAC/R field experience.
• EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.
• May require Journeyman or state licenses depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service, including after-hours.
• Document service details using iPads.
• Maintain vehicle, tools and parts inventory.
• Communicate with customers and dispatch for scheduling.
• Identify additional service opportunities.
