Job summary

RSC Mechanical is seeking HVAC/R Service Technicians to join our growing team. This full-time role offers a company vehicle, paid training, and a strong emphasis on customer service. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation after training and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC/R experience and working knowledge.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with good communications.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and self-contained refrigeration systems.
• Work on split systems, package units, heat pumps, condensing units, and controls.
• Repair self-contained cases, coolers, freezers, and ice machines.
• Perform preventive and general maintenance.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
• Handle refrigerants safely in compliance with EPA regulations.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members.
• Complete digital work orders and required documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation after training.
• Travel locally as needed.
