RSC Mechanical is seeking motivated Refrigeration Service Technicians to install, service, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment across diverse client sites. You will troubleshoot complex systems, read technical diagrams, and ensure safety and quality in fast-paced environments.

The role requires owning standard hand tools, strong customer communication, and willingness to participate in on-call rotations after training. Competitive benefits and consistent schedules offered.

Formación

• Experience and working knowledge of HVAC and commercial refrigeration preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments and high-pressure situations.
• Self-starter who can work independently and within a team.
• Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills.
• Technicians are expected to provide their own standard hand tools.
• Comfortable using digital work orders on mobile devices.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, and service commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment (walk-ins, reach-ins, racks, ice machines).
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems with precision.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems.
• Prioritize safety; secure work areas and shut down power when needed.
• Handle and manage refrigerants safely per EPA regulations.
• Read and interpret diagrams, manuals, and schematics.
• Repair/replace compressors, motors, fans, and other components.
• Provide professional service during emergency calls.
• Log service reports accurately via mobile platforms.
• Communicate professionally with store managers and team members.
• Complete paperwork like work tickets and timesheets on time.
• Deliver high-level service to various clients (retail, restaurants, hospitals, etc.).
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
