Survoy’s in Lansing, MI is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to support our growing customer base. You will perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial refrigeration systems while delivering excellent communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• EPA certification.
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform service calls, maintenance, and repairs on refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, aiming for a first-time fix rate of 75% or higher.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines; respond to on-call requests with timely communication.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
